Energy label C or higher is mandatory for office buildings as of  January 1 2023. In order to achieve this, EQUANS helps organizations to make installations and the use of energy more efficient and environmentally friendly. With the Energy Benchmark Analysis we analyze how to improve your energy management and to save CO2 and costs. The Benchmark Analysis results in concrete deliverables: you gain insight into your performance compared to your energy label and opportunities for saving energy are identified. All in order to achieve the minimal required energy label C.

The Energy Benchmark Analysis maps out your energy consumption and potential for reducing CO2 and costs. Due to insight into this potential and concrete recommendations, we improve the building’s energy label to level C or higher. On top of that, we realize and guarantee energy reduction.

Envida has become more sustainable with an Energy Performance Contract of EQUANS. Envida has a solid guarantee on energy savings. This is accompanied by a maintenance and management contract for the ATES installation.

Impact: In 2020, almost 60.000 cubic meters of natural gas and more than 100.000 kWh of electricity were saved. Envida also realized a cost saving of 30.000 euros. Thanks to an integrated approach and smart maintenance and management of the ATES installation, Envida has made its energy management more sustainable and has also realised considerable savings.

Reference: Holland Casino & EQUANS

As a technical maintenance partner of Holland Casino, EQUANS has cleverly and easily reduced Holland Casino’s CO2 emissions and energy costs. An Energy Benchmark Analysis was the start of this collaboration.
