Lubrication of Rotating and Hydraulic Equipment

In Dex Premium Lubricants production facility, any lubricant selected by the customer is enriched in a nanotechnology process whereby the carbon chains in the base oil “curl up” into densely packed balls. The lubricant enriched based oil is blended with additives that are required to meet the requested specifications. The resulting enriched lubricant is chemically indistinguishable from the original lubricant, but behaves superior in practice.

Once in use, the “nanospheres” in our lubricants create an ultra-thin and continuously changing flexible layer between the surface and the lubricant, drastically reducing friction.

The results: a lubricant that meets all specifications that the customer (and the OEM) needs, but delivers superior performance compared to traditional lubricants.
