Road to Paris

Service description

The Road to Paris collaboration concerns making office buildings more sustainable. The point of departure for this is the agreements made in 2015 at the UN climate summit in Paris.

The Paris Climate Agreement is a major challenge. Not only for the 195 governments that signed the agreement, including the Netherlands, but certainly also for the business community. Because that will partly have to give substance to measures that are a consequence of the Paris agreements. Such as the introduction of energy label C for offices as of January 1, 2023.

Unique positioning

In a one-stop shopping model, SPIE works together with a consultant, a construction contractor and an energy supplier to provide a total solution to make your office building more sustainable (for example, getting rid of natural gas).

We support a project-based approach to sustainability through a structured step-by-step plan. Together we offer the optimal route to Paris. With logical solutions based on years of experience.

The Road to Paris uses a structured step-by-step plan for a project-based approach to sustainability. After a quick scan and a report with options, a feasibility study can be chosen. An action plan can then be drawn up for implementation, management and maintenance.

The focus of The Road to Paris is on energy saving. To improve the energy performance of a building, structural improvements are needed, such as insulating the roof or replacing the facade glazing.

This is crucial in older buildings. These energy-saving measures can be supplemented with technical installation and organizational measures.
