We use new technics and knowledge to manage and improve engineering and production processes to be as efficient as possible with as less waste as possible.

As a reliable Business Engineering Partner, we fully take the customer along on the journey towards sustainability. With our knowledge we van advise, support and initiate change from idea to implementation. To map the Plant as extensively as possible, we use a number of tools, developed by ourselves:

• CO₂ Reduction Tool; we make a 3D scan and visualization of the plant and focus on reducing the Carbon Footprint and gaining profitability by sustainability.
• Act 2 the Max workshop; we map the Plant by means of a game/ workshop and focus on production improvement and sustainability.
• Compliance scan; we perform a scan by means of a risk assessment workshop with a clear focus on prevention and to prove our customers buyer the product is sustainable produced.
• Digital Operator Assistant Tool; with this tool we create value through predictability in maintenance and therefore production optimization and sustainability.

Combined inhouse expertise of Process Engineering and Digitalization from idea to realization. We have a strong position in the Market and we are able to take a pragmatic approach. We can use our Green Engineering Expertise for an intelligent supply of for example thermal energy to contribute to eco-efficiency solutions.

In addition to deploying our expertise, our focus is to contribute to sustainability. We contribute to the energy transition worldwide, for example by making factories more sustainable. We have developed a special tool for this; the CO₂ Reduction Tool.

In order to minimize the time burden on employees, we use our tool to map the energy savings within one day. This makes the CO2 Reduction Tool (CRT) an exceptionally fast expert approach. The CRT has already been successfully performed 100 times in different country’s. When matters emerge from the CRT that require a more extensive methodology, we can of course also provide this.
