Royal HaskoningDHV helps clients and customers to anticipate current and upcoming legislation and regulations, such as the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED) audit obligation, the drafting of energy label C recommendations for office buildings and the development of Net Zero Carbon roadmaps. We do this with the use of innovative tooling and a corresponding approach, and we present the results in an interactive dashboard. This dashboard is not only a reference tool, but also the start of the sustainability roadmap, because measures and their effects can be combined with monitoring. Service details – Energy Efficiency Directive (EED-audits)
Drawing up energy audits (EED) for energy saving, Carbon-reduction in accordance with EU legislation and regulations
Applicability: Office buildings, hospital buildings, campus and school buildings, residential buildings, any building that is EED- compliant according to Dutch and EU law
Target sectors: Industry, built environment
Client benefits: “One-stop shop” for the EED audit, including reporting to the regulatory authority. Data in a conveniently arranged database with dashboard that can be expanded to a Carbon / Energy – reduction – roadmap combined with monitoring.
Service details – Net Zero Carbon roadmap, combined with LEED, WELL certification
Drawing up a roadmap not only to make the buildings energy efficient but also to take steps towards a net zero carbon building. Certification of campuses with LEED and / or WELL standards.
