Video Registration National Climate Day

The first Climate Day was held on 12 October, with about fifteen presenters and moderators and about sixty guests online at the talk shows.

During the talk show ‘Industry has a CO2-free future up for grabs‘ Hans van der Spek presented Project 6-25. New technologies which can improve process efficiency are  ready for large-scale rollout. Technology companies have a wide range of proven innovations which can be implemented right now. These innovations alone could help industry achieve a 6-milliontonne reduction in carbon emissions as soon as 2025. The project program’s ambition is to support industry in achieving substantial reduction of their carbon footprint. It aims to achieve this through a programmatic approach for accelerating the implementation of well proven and energy efficient technologies with sound business cases through a smart co-operation of the entire supply chain.

Three 6-25 partners – enerGQ, Semiotic Labs and Zytec – presented their innovative and proven solution in a showcase.

Gertjan Lankhorst, cofounder of 6-25, presented the new Sustainability Industry platform, which supports companies that want to become more sustainable in the technical, economic and legal fields.
